Conscious Powerplay – A SafeR Space to explore Dominance and Submission

In this workshop, you explore dominance and submission through embodied, fully clothed exercises in a guided and consensual setting. You will experience leading, following, and conscious power dynamics, supported by clear agreements, consent tools, and playfulness. Pleasure is explored as presence, connection, and aliveness in your body – not as explicit sexual interaction. The workshop includes touch, partner and group exercises, reflection, and integration. It does not include nudity, explicit sexual acts, or genital touch.
Please bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat and a blanket to help you feel at ease.

Lea is a sensual-positive workshop facilitator and sex educator who loves creating safeR spaces to explore playfullness, embodiment, and kinky pleasure – always rooted in consent, curiosity, and care.
